August Favourites

Let's start into September by remembering August, shall we? Here's my favourite beauty related products from the past month:

As you can see, it's a mix of makeup and skincare bits- here's some details:

# Catrice Nude Illusion Make Up
A new foundation that I have picked up at the beginning of last month, and have worn a lot since. Light to medium coverage, SPF, and comes in a weighty glass bottle with a pump! All of that for around 8€- absolute bargain! Read my full review here.

# KIKO Ace of Diamond Lipstick in 34 Active Fuchsia
This lipstick belongs to KIKO's new Daring Game limited edition which offers six different lipstick shades. Semi-matte, long-wearing, opaque and wears comfortably on the lips. Definitely my favourite lipstick this month! Read my full review here.

# Dr. Bronner's Magic Soap
This stuff is indeed magical when it comes to deep-cleaning your brushes! Though a pretty pesky task at times, thoroughly cleaning your makeup brushes is something that we all have to do from time to time, and the Magic Soap is the perfect helper to assist you with that. Mentioned in this post.

# LUSH Dark Angels Deep Cleansing Scrub
My favourite facial scrub when it comes to really deep cleansing my skin and unclogging my pores. This stuff makes your skin feel softer than you can imagine- definitely one of my favourite products from the brand. Mentioned in this post

#LUSH Feeling Younger Skin Tint
I'm really into highlighter at the moment, and when I want a really noticeable highlight, I reach for this little pot. Using only a tiny amount, dotted on your cheekbones and buffed in with a brush (I use the Real Techniques Contour Brush for that) it gives the most amazing sheen!

# KIKO Nail Laquer in 317 Dark Antique Pink
A nail polish I bought after trying it from my mum and then decided I couldn't live without. It's a gorgeous, deep plum colour (MAC Craving is the perfect corresponding lipstick to it!) which goes on opaque after one coat, but looks best with two coats applied. You can find a little guide to KIKO polishes in general here

So this is all of my favourite products from the past month! What's your August favourites? :)
