April Favourites

April Favourites: Review - MAC Brave, MAC Fluidline Brow Gelcreme, KIKO Radiant Touch Creamy Stick Highlighter, KIKO Kiss Balms, Urban Decay Primer Potion Original

May the 4th be with you! The fact that it's Star Wars day and I'm only posting my April favourites should tell you something about how rubbish my posting schedule is at the moment ... But I have an update post coming your way on Wednesday that'll explain why I'm such a bad, bad blogger right now! But for now, let's get to my beauty favourites of the past month ...

MAC Brave Lipstick - I have already raved about this in my last post, and it definitely deserves to be in my April favourites. It is very unlike me to have a nude lipstick to be my most used of the month, but with Brave, it is definitely the case. Such a great everyday shade!

KIKO Radiant Touch Creamy Stick Highlighter - Another favourite I just reviewed, but I really loved playing with it this month. It is incredibly easy to apply and blend into the skin and gives the nicest rosy glow to your cheekbones. Definitely a winner, and I really need to look into getting the second shade they have at KIKO ...

KIKO Kiss Balms - I already mentioned the Kiss Balms in my last favourites post, and since then I went back and got another shade. I really wear a lot less full-on lipstick since owning these - I don't know, maybe it's the low maintainence factor of it all? You don't need a mirror to reapply these, just chuck them into your makeup bag and you're set for the day.

MAC Fluidline Brow Gelcreme - I feel like I have to give a nod to my favourite brow product again as well - since I bought this almost a year ago, I never looked back. This is the most awesome, long-lasting brow product I've ever tried. It doesn't matter when I've applied my makeup and for how long I wear it, my brows will look the same throughout all the hours of wear. The fact that I've used this religiously almost every day for a year and I have yet to hit pan is also pretty amazing, if you ask me.

Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion - Lately I've found that my eyeshadow isn't staying on as well as it has in the past. Seems like my eyelids got a bit oilier lately, so I wanted to try out a new primer to see if it helps. I ordered a travel size of the famous UD Primer Potion in Original to try it out, and I have to say it really works very well! I don't know if I would pay 20 € for the big guy though, but so far so good!

Allergy Meds - Honourable mentions definitely go to my allergy meds! I know that May is probably going to be the worst month when it comes to my allergies, but so far I'm doing really well and my skin feels pretty good. I really, really hope it stays that way and that I can survive the upcoming month without a really epic allergy breakout on my face, that'd be great.

How are you all doing? Hope April was a good month for you! :)
